The plans of the diligent lead surely to advantage. Proverbs 21:5. Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.” Proverbs 16:3. I heard it said recently, “Dream big, or get out of God’s way.” I kind of liked that! Some-times, I think we forget how significant God’s plans for us are. Even the Lord’s prayer stresses God’s desire to see His Kingdom come to pass “on earth as it is in heaven.” I had the privilege to listen live to Rev. Robert Schuller, the famous pastor and founder of the Crystal Cathedral. During his speech, he jested, “Even God can’t hear some of your prayers because they’re so small!” He was joking, but God spoke to me that it’s time to dream bigger. BASIC is making a huge difference on about 25 campuses in the Northeast. But could a day come where we could reach students on 50, 100, or 500 campuses? Could a revival still sweep across the Northeast like it did in the days of evangelists like Charles Finney?

With the help of Kelly, our administrative assistant, and Esther, a devoted volunteer, we’ve compiled a map of virtually every university in upstate New York. We did research on every campus and discovered many campuses without even one single Christian club.
Using pushpins to mark them on a map, we’ve been able to visualize where the greatest needs are on campuses in our region. Would you join us as we pray over this map and ask God for wisdom and strategy to maximize our impact?
